We understand that life happens and emergencies arise; please be mindful of our time, as late cancellations and no‑shows affect our scheduling and other clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY - Our cancellation policy is simple. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel any reservation. If proper notice is not given, a cancellation fee of $25–$50 will apply depending on the services reserved. We understand that life happens, but without notice we have no opportunity to fill the appointment slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

ONE WEEK TWEAK POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your services, please contact us within seven days and we will gladly accommodate reasonable adjustments or touch-ups. Please note that refunds are not available due to time elapsed and product usage.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

CHILD SAFETY POLICY Children are permitted in the salon only when they are receiving a scheduled service; for the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, we do not allow unattended children or children who are not being serviced to remain in the salon.
